Information We Collect

When you submit a booking or contact inquiry, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, service address, city, province, postal code, requested service, preferred date and time, property details, cleaning preferences, access instructions, pet information, notes, payment status, and related service records.

Authorized administrators may also create operational records related to cleaner assignment, appointment confirmation, service completion, receipts, commissions, payment status, and activity history.

How We Use Information

We use information to process booking requests, calculate estimates, review cleaner availability, confirm appointments, coordinate cleaning services, communicate with customers, respond to inquiries, maintain operational and financial records, generate receipts, protect the admin system, and improve the website and service process.

Booking and Cleaner Coordination

Information needed to deliver a booked service may be shared with an assigned cleaning professional when operationally necessary. We do not publicly disclose the internal cleaner compensation or commission model.

Transactional Emails

Skyways Cleaners uses Resend to send transactional emails such as Booking Received, Booking Confirmation, Completion and receipt messages, admin password links, and admin login notifications. Customer replies are routed to our public support inbox where configured.

Analytics, Advertising Measurement, and Cookies

Essential storage may be used for website functionality, booking draft preservation, confirmation sessions, and security. Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are treated as non-essential measurement technologies and are loaded only after the visitor accepts non-essential tracking through the cookie banner.

Booking and contact form fields such as names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and message content are not intentionally sent as analytics event parameters.

Booking Drafts

The booking form may temporarily save draft information in your browser so you can move between steps without losing progress. The draft is designed to expire after approximately 12 hours and is removed after a successful booking submission.

Data Storage and Service Providers

Production booking and admin data is intended to be stored in a secured PostgreSQL database. We may use infrastructure and service providers such as Netlify, Supabase, and Resend to operate the website, database, and transactional email system. Access to admin functions is restricted to authorized accounts.

Data Sharing and Sale

Skyways Cleaners does not sell customer information. Information may be disclosed to service providers or assigned cleaning professionals only where reasonably necessary for website operation, security, communication, record keeping, or delivery of the requested cleaning service, or where disclosure is required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as restricted admin access, password hashing, secure session handling, server-side secret storage, rate limiting, and protected database operations. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
